Our Hiring Advisors carry out an assessment based on the information provided in your Dashboard. Using your background and credentials, we will then locate you with a position that’s attainable within our system.

Based on your past employment history and qualifications, you may be asked to complete perceptive online skill assessments, which will grant our Hiring Advisors to speak more beneficially on your behalf.

The Direct Hire Program

Our Direct Hire program places already qualified talent in full-time positions at thousands of different companies within our system. This program will be the right fit for you if you’re looking for a long-term position, and have the right experience and skills necessary for these positions.

The Temp-To-Hire Program

The Temp-to-Hire Program will allow both you and the company you are working at to examine each other during a trial work period of about 90 days. If both of you and the company see it working for the future, then this program will lead to a full-time position at that company.

The Per Diem Program

A number of companies will require the need for a temporary staff member to fill gaps in the employment, or to have increased staff during a busy time of the year. If you are looking for a flexible schedule or need work quickly, this is a good program for you.

How do I get started?

To ensure that you are considered for thousands of unadvertised positions each week merely upload a resume. Once you have completed that, you will be transferred to your dashboard which allows you to adjust the positions we may be able to call you for by finishing your Profile and Priorities. It’s a brief process that will help us determine how we can help you the best.

Can I get benefits with a Temporary assignment?

Interviews and Status Updates
How do I reschedule or cancel an interview appointment?

Contact your local Career Center by calling them to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please be considerate and allow 24 hours for any cancellation or re-scheduling.

How can I get a status update on my application?

To check on the status of your application, you will need to get in touch with the recruiter who posted the ad to which you were responding or the local Career Center you selected as your primary within our profile.

Recruiter information can usually be found at the bottom of the ad you applied to, and you can find contact information for your local Career Center here.

Form I-9 / E-Verify Information
E-Verify Participation

The ActOne Group of Companies is proud to participate in E-Verify. E-Verify is a web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. E-Verify employers verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees by electronically matching the information provided by employees on the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, against records available to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
